Megan Cespedes, LCSW, LISW

Megan Cespedes is a licensed social worker with 11 years of clinical therapeutic experience, licensed to practice in both Florida and Ohio. She holds credentials as an LCSW - Licensed Clinical Social Worker - and an LISW - Licensed Independent Social Worker, reflecting extensive training in clinical social work and independent practice.

Megan focuses on helping people manage stress and anxiety, process trauma and abuse, and work through grief and loss. Her practice also emphasizes building self-esteem, increasing motivation, and adapting to life changes. She brings additional experience addressing caregiver stress, communication and family problems, forgiveness, guilt and shame, isolation and loneliness, and challenges common to young adults.

In session Megan creates an open, nonjudgmental space where thoughts and feelings can be explored honestly.
