About Rondel Kittleman
Early in his career he spent more than three years in an inpatient hospital setting, rotating among units for children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, and members of the military. Following that work, he devoted five years to working primarily with children and adolescents, teaching them CBT skills to manage emotions and behavior. Around June 2020 he began offering one-on-one telemedicine sessions with adults coping with pandemic-related anxiety, relationship strains from quarantine, and other stressors, helping clients reframe anxious thoughts to regain a sense of control.
Kittleman’s practice centers on CBT techniques - he prioritizes educating clients about how mental health conditions can appear and the ways CBT can be applied to reduce distress. He regularly teaches relaxation practices and helps clients identify thinking patterns that lead to intense or unhealthy emotions. His stated goal is to help people better understand their minds so they can learn to help themselves over time.
Outside of work he spends time with a cat that will turn seven and a dog that will turn two this summer. He enjoys walking, bird watching, reading, and playing FIFA when not working, and he roots for the Cowboys.

Could Remote Therapy Be a Good Fit?
Many people ask whether meeting with a therapist remotely can help with everyday emotional challenges. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and managing life transitions, online therapy can be an effective option that delivers many of the same tools and strategies used in face-to-face care. One of the most practical benefits is flexibility - individuals can choose the connection method that works best for their schedule and comfort level, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to maintain consistency in care when work, family, or travel would otherwise make in-person visits difficult.
Licensed professionals who offer remote sessions typically use evidence-based approaches like CBT to help clients identify unhelpful patterns, learn new skills, and practice strategies between sessions. If the therapeutic match does not feel right, it is usually possible to switch to a different therapist until the right fit is found.
